When I bought my car in June 2023 I was told I had a free oil change and service. When I explained to the service tech this, she stated that my oil change wasn't due for another 1500 miles. I explained that I travel for work and getting here is a challenge and asked if I could get the oil change today. She replied no and I was charged $130 ish for the oil change. I wasn't happy with that response. I know if I was getting the oil change early I don't get another one. Customer service is important and I feel if she couldn't approve the oil change then she should have asked for assistance. Thank you, Jessica V

I had an appointment for my 5,000 mile service. I believe that is only a tire rotation and inspection. It took an hour and a half with an appointment. Then when the vehicle was done, it sat in the pick up area for over 20 minutes. I finally just went over and jumped in it and took off. I never even talked to a service advisor. They had to move my truck twice to let other people out whos cars were finished after mine. Im not sure if ill be returning to sullivan brothers for service. I may seek another toyota dealership.

Drove from Marshfield to Kingston Toyota for inspection sticker Waited 50 minutes turned out that the young kid was not able to performed due to tires slightly worn. He Checked off green rather than yellow or red on Multi-Point Vehicle Report. Went to another place for Vehicle Inspection passed inspection. Still had another 15k-20k miles available on tire threads wear. Will never go there again.
