Terrible service. Was told 1.5 hr to update software and 10,000 mile service. Waited over 4 hours and window issue still not resolved with second visit. Now my remote started on my phone will not work.

It’s the second time I had to have the truck in for a problem with the tonnau cover. I was told originally there was a recall, and when they secured the cover the first time around, they bent the area around the mounts and water has been leaking into the bed. I had to go through a process to figure out what the problem was then contact Toyota and come to a agreement that the cover needed to be replaced as there was damage to the cover, as a result of the recall repair. I brought the truck in yesterday to have service performed as well as the cover replaced. Now the tailgate doesn’t open because they positioned the cover too far towards the back. I understand that these things happen, but just wondering why they didn’t test it before they gave it back to me. To lose my car for the entire day is a challenge for me. I would like to bring the truck back and receive a courtesy car while you make the adjustments. I also want to say something about your service advisors. The female (Forgot her name )is extremely rude!!! I would like to have nothing to do with her. Bill seems to be dismissive about the issues I have with the truck. Bob on the other hand has been excellent to deal with. I prefer he takes care of my concerns going forward. The manager of service (I forgot his name) also, has been great to deal with. Very pleased with the service at Sullivan Brothers Toyota, Bill Collins introduced himself to me on arrival and he’s very pleasant and knowledgeable. Service was uneventful and performed quickly and efficiently.

Patty asked three times if I wanted an oil change and sticker even though I said no. I waited for two hours and went to ask Patty for an update. She said the computer said it was done but she had no paperwork so she would have to go check in the garage . I waited another 45 minutes before Patty came back to tell me that I needed an alignment. Clearly there was a screw up but instead of being honest about it , she said they were short staffed . I was at the dealership for 3 1/2 hours for a 25-40 minute service . She offered no apologies.
