Took too long was told it would be about an hour to an hour and an half took 3 hours. Was quoted the wrong price. People were kind of rude and disrespectful. Tried to force me into doing something I didn’t want to do at the time. Also one of the front covers to where you would tow my car is now missing.

I had an appointment for a state inspection which should take no more than 30 minutes. After waiting for over an hour, I was told it would be another 30 minutes. I couldn’t stay, so I wasted an hour of my day with my newborn baby at your dealership. Now I have to go back and take care of the inspection another time. Very frustrating.

When my new Prius was returned to me after service there was a large scrape on the driver’s side fender. I got Patty M & showed her. She started making excuses and denying responsibility instead of working with me. She finally reviewed all videos and could not confirm or deny. She took it to have it “buffed out” where non-matching paint was applied. Next to the Collision Center where a $2100+ repair quote was made (they were nice & professional). And I was sent to the business manager who said it was a scrape not a ding - so not covered. I left very upset.
