I was there for an oil change and tire rotation and it took 2 1/2 hours. Next time I will use a business where I am in and out in 15 minutes.

My service contract had expired in Feb. and had 2 still on contract. They wouldn’t do an oil change for free to keep me as a customer for the 2 Toyotas in have. Tire change wasn’t even necessary bc I just had tires put on. Wish I knew when I made appointment bc I wouldn’t have wasted my time going there. Service guy was very nice but really did nothing to resolve other than giving me a # to call.

I waited 2 hours to have my tires rotated. Had a 4:30 appointment, arrived at 4:35 and waited several minutes to get checked in. Patti made me feel like it was a huge inconvenience that I was there, I even asked if it would be better if I came back another time but she said no since I was already there. When I was checking out she asked if I was able to come earlier next time, which is fine, I'll have to leave work early. The thing that irked me most was that I HAD AN APPOINTMENT and had to wait 2 hours for a simple service appointment If she doesn't want me coming that late they should not schedule appointments past 4:00

I was told it would take an hour and a half for an oil change and it ended up being 2 1/2 hours and they did not even fill my tires. I saw people come after me and left before me. It was crazy. They shouldn’t over people and make them wait so long.
