Bill was very nice, very informative. Contacted me right away about my service. I felt like he was very honest about what my car needed and there was no pressure. The service was prompt. My car was finished earlier than expected. I have brought my car there three times since moving to Plymouth and have always had a good experience.

Bob was great. How ever I had an appointment for 11am. I arrived a little early only to find out that there would be a 2 hr wait. There was about 8 cars ahead of me and 3 behind me. Fact of the matter is I had an appointment for 11. Due to the fact I was told that there was a 2 hr wait I asked for the shuttle to take me home. How ever the shuttle never picked me up and I was in the waiting area for 2 hrs. Again he probably thought the shuttle had picked me up and scheduled me to pick up the truck at2. Had I not got up and gone to the service desk I would have been waiting in the waiting area till 2. It was a bad experience.

My maintenance light is still on and the sticker that reminds you of your next appt is wrong. The mileage is far less than what my car has in it. I’m curious what else isn’t right. I didn’t get an oil change either

Samantha’s service was outstanding from the moment I arrived in the service area. She was professional, friendly and very informative about the service that would be performed by the service technician. She told me that I would receive an electronic update report regarding the work done on my vehicle as well as a video update and I received both just prior to Samantha sending me a text that my vehicle was ready. Samantha represents Sullivan Brothers Toyota extremely well!

OUTSTANDING and thorough customer service by Christian Small (as always)!!! I’ve been telling my F&F to ask for him. He explains everything and doesn’t rush through checking you out, which is greatly appreciated. Also, Rich D did a wonderful job servicing my car and actually took the time to talk to me about future services that Christian had mentioned. A big thank you to Jacqueline as well. She’s always so helpful and friendly whenever I call or come in. Between the 3 of them, they’re the winning trifecta for servicing my 4 Runner!!! Thanks again!

Job took under 1 hour, which wasn’t bad considering I was told you were having difficulty handling the high volume of customers that day. I did have a scheduled appointment just to receive a smart key, so the 2 hour wait time initially stated was not a good start for my first time at Sullivan service. I was pleased that my wait time didn’t turn out to be as long as initially estimated.
