This is now the second appt for service I’ve made where I am totally available M-F almost all day, and when I say ‘yes’ to a time that the company picks, I am guessing they are picking a time they are not busy, a time slot of their choosing. And when I show up, there are 6-7+ cars waiting in line ahead of me. I’m guessing you are slammed all the time. Samantha was very nice. Just wish my inspection sticker was a little quicker than 2.5h wait.

Very satisfied. The young lady was very pleasant. Can’t thank Sullivan enough for this service. I am 91 and it’s not easy getting things done. Gave each driver $10. She was most grateful . God bless you all.

Christian, has always been an amazing service representative of SB! I have never doubted him with the reliability of my vehicle. He has always been honest and genuine, making recommendations that were in my best interest for my Corolla. His quick responses and helpful advice do not go unappreciated. My experiences at the service center at SB have gained my not only my loyalty to your dealership, but also the life and endurance of my car. Job well done. You all work incredibly hard and your accolades are not praised enough! To Christian and the entire team of men and women who work so hard behind the scenes and may not be as recognized as you should, thank you for all you do. Not all heros wear capes, but in my eyes you certainly do.

I had made an appointment for the serpentine belt to be replaced and when I was checking in I was told that it was going to cost $158 for diagnostics. I left without my car being serviced. When I make an appointment for a specific service I shouldn't have to pay for a diagnostics fee.

Upon receiving the vehicle, there are countless scratches, gouges and chipped paint spots all over the exterior of the truck. There are numerous dents on the truck. There are rust spots on the truck. There are deep scratches/dents on the truck where metal is exposed. There is a panel in the front driver side that is a different color than the rest of the truck. The front bumper is not aligned properly. The front passenger mud flap is crooked and screwed up. On the interior, there are scratches on the passenger seat and rear seat. The driver seat has a deep gouge in it. There are significant scratches in multiple locations on the center console. I asked the delivery guy what happened, and he showed me all the pictures of the truck that he took at the dealership before loading it on his trailer. All the damage was present before the shipping company picked up the truck. The shipping company also took a photo of the odometer, which read 25,660 miles. I bought the truck with 25,539 miles on it (according to my paperwork). Someone drove the truck 21 miles after I purchased it. The delivery guy gave me 78+ photos of all the damage he documented before loading the truck on his trailer

Patty was great. There was grease all over my driver seat and on the head rest. I have leather seat covers thank god so it did not stain but on the headrest there's a decent swipe of grease on the cloth of the actual head rest.
