I made the appt for an oil change because Kerry called me and said that the dealership was running a special for $50 off any service. I needed an oil change anyway but found that hard to believe for a small dollar service and asked her what the price of an oil change would be on my car. She couldn’t tell me the price but assured me that the special discount would be honored. I made the appt. Then I went home and had my husband call to find out the price of an oil change. After ALOT of runaround and evasion, he was quoted $59.95. So I came for the appt, thinking I would pay about $10 plus disposal fee. But Bob said they could t honor the special discount for the oil change. That Kerry just makes marketing calls and doesn’t know the details. I should have fought it or left, I was so disgusted. But I didn’t have the energy. I don’t blame Bob, because I bet he isn’t empowered to even try to make it right. I would have been happy with even a partial discount. This isn’t the first time I have felt that I got “bait and switch” from your dealership, which I why I hadn’t been back there in awhile. I’m really angry.
