I’m happy to give my input to the survey. I was not happy with the pushing of getting a gasket for an oil pan on a car with only 58,000 miles on it. It was recommended to me to get it done soon. I responded with I don’t have any oil spots on my garage floor yet so it can’t be that bad. I also found the cost for this fix was very expensive based on the video that you supplied as to how accessible the pan is to get to and fix which I also expressed to the service agent and she told me it was based on the Toyota recommendation based on their manual. Like I said, based on my overall service experience, it was fine. I just don’t appreciate the pushing of an unnecessary fix at this time.

I came in for an oil change and presented a maintenance plan i purchased for $250 three years ago for 5 oil changes. i was hoping to at least use the amount for a couple oil changes now. Patty said no but i could purchase $289 for three oil changes. She was very persistent in selling the package along with having my tires rotated . i used to b in sales and understand the upsell but felt she was too pushy. I told her just an oil change . After service she said rear brakes need to b done. i told her i will get a second opinion. didn’t think she was happy about that. in checkout there was one person in front of me and she complained there was not enough help and she was working as fast as she could.

I came in on Thur 10/17. Initially Christian was nice as I was scheduled for an oil change. Later on, he was lukewarm/ indifferent when I asked if I could use a coupon for air filter. He told me No, that it was already busy and I would need to come in the following Monday morning. I told him I could come in same day or Fri anytime. He said they were fully booked. When I came in Mon 730am, the rep seemed a bit perplexed when I told him I had an appointment to change the air filter. He asked why I didn't just get it done together Also, when I spoke with Christian about the mechanics report, it was over $1300. I told him I would try to do what I could afford for now.

Took too long and was trying to sell me parts I didn't want. Wiper blades had to be replaced in order to get sticker. So I took car elsewhere 45 for blades ridiculous
