Nobody explained to me how to use my remote starter. They said there were instructions in the car and all that was there was a card with a website that doesn't help.

Lost a hubcap day after Prius was serviced with tire rotation on 10/25.. Evidently it was not put back on properly. Now I’m missing a hubcap. Left message but no response yet. Not pleased! Patricia R

This is the 2nd time I’ve had my truck serviced since August when I needed a new tire ordered. I arrived in September to get the wheel replaced after being prompted by a txt message that the tire had come in only to find out that was incorrect wasting a trip to the dealership. This past week I called and left a message asking for an appointment for today to replace my tire and get a 5k service done. I didn’t receive a call back but again got a prompt via txt saying I had an appointment. I replied yes to the txt for the appointment and they picked up the truck around 9 am and returned it at 4 without replacing the tire. I typically work 6 days a week, I leave at 4:45am and get home around 6pm in time to get my kids to bed - it’s tough to find time to get the truck serviced. I am beyond frustrated at this point considering this is the exact reason I sold my last truck and switched to Sullivan Toyota, a decision I am starting to regret.
