The service was painfully slow. I couldn't even get an estimate on the time. I didn't expect it to cost as much as it did by the time I got an update. Not a great experience.

Bill Collins did a great job taking care of me during this confusion of getting a recall done. I was exhausted and felt a bit frustrated that the situation took a week to resolve. There were many hiccups and hold ups in the procedure. Bill did his best in keeping me informed during the whole process and provided free transportation on my second visit to Sullivan Brothers Toyota. Though no fault of Bill, the determination of recall should not take 5 days. I was there 7:30 on Monday and only got the issue resolved on Friday afternoon. Again, no fault of Bill, Toyota and Sullivan Toyota’s processes need to be improved. Though substitute transportation was provided, not having our familiar vehicles for the week was inconvenient.

Called on Monday to schedule a tire change for Thursday. Showed up first thing Thursday morning for my appt..After 45 minutes waiting in the lobby, I was told they never ordered my tire and I needed to come back. Never an apology. In fact, I was told I called the scheduling company instead of the direct number, I said I did call the direct number. He then said, take my card, so next time you call the right number. I said,I did call the right number. I then came back a four hours later, had the tire put on and again, I was expecting a “sorry for the inconvenience” but nothing. A simple apology, and I would have understood that things happen, but instead, he tried to make it look like Indid something wrong.
