Parts not available this happened last time too. And was asked to make another appointment. Both times I made the appointment a week or morein advance. Also no mechanic available for a minor adjustment that I have been having problems with since I have bought the car from your dealership????

I know the service department is a busy place, but as a customer who typically comes in only every 10K, washing the vehicle after service would be a greatly appreciated extra touch.
Service was great. I just didn’t know my car was ready because I had walked to a nearby store and somehow missed the call that my car was ready and sat an extra 45 minutes. ?? I appreciated the kind, friendly employees.
