They forgot to put my car in the service line and I had to wait almost 2 1/2,hours MK I get than necessary.
I’m feeling better about servicing my Prius with Toyota because of Nestor. I had a real problem with trusting the dealership and customer service not long ago. Things seem to be getting better. Thanks, Nestor.

Good service skills, right on with estimate of when vehicle would be ready. Called in a timely manner. Everyone there seemed enabled to assist, as Juan was very busy at pickup.
I have a scratch on my steering wheel I did not have when it was taken in on Friday am.
Appt at 11; was not told the service dept closes at 1 on Saturday. Got a call from them at 12:48 asking me to come pick up my car because the service was finished. I live 20 min away from town; Oscar waited for me but when I got there he was late.
