The service I received was done timely and I was explained my multipoint inspection in detail. Thanks to Nestor for his great customer service.
Overall it was a good experience. But I came in to have two recall notices fixed and one could not be done because I had too much gas in my tank. Apparently the recall can’t be done if there is more than a quarter of a tank of gas. This was never mentioned when I made the appointment to have both recalls done at the same time. Because of this issue I now have to bring my truck back for a second time. In these snowy winter conditions we are having I try to limit my driving. Not being told of the gas issue means more dangerous driving for me. There needs to be better communication on this issue.
