Juan exceeded my customer service expectations
I have 2 toyota vehicles that have been serviced there for 13 years. I’ve always use the Toyota credit card. And used points to pay for services now you charge me 3% to use my Toyota Visa credit card for service on my Toyota vehicles and eliminates the points that I received from Toyota Visa.
