I was very happy with the service appointment. Austin searched my record and quickly found out what was needed a d what was not. It looks like I need a set of tires and was advised of a fall tire sale coming soon.

I made a written request and reiterated it with the service manager but the work wasn’t done. I had to leave the vehicle for an extra day to get the work done. I was also not made aware of any of the recommendations upon picking up my vehicle. The cabin air filter needs replaced, and I would have had them do that. There was also a recommendation to have the fuel injectors cleaned, and this wasn’t mentioned either. I also got a phone call from Toyota saying “we see you haven’t brought your Tundra in for service lately and I’d like to get that scheduled.” I received this call while my vehicle was in your shop being worked on. In total, it was really clear that this entire process severely lacked effective communication at all levels in the dealership.

It wasn’t Andy’s fault, but the crew failed to check the tire air pressure as the front left was low. It was not a “setup “ on my part, I just happened to check the tire pressures on the panel. I noticed the multi point inspections were not nearly as detailed as they once were.

I am 70 year old women who has a limited understanding of cars. I bring my car to “my dealer” because I want to trust that they will take care of me and my car. I don’t want to hear that I need to schedule on line. I was already nervous because I didn’t know what the problem is and I don’t know what type of an appointment to schedule. I want an option to speak to someone in person.

It was time for a scfeduak maintenance for our 2015 RAV 4,and as always, I was pleased and gratified by the competence and politeness of everyone in the service department. Especially Austin Leonetti who went above and beyond beyond...courteous, knowledgeable , accommodating.its always a pleasure to take our vehicles to Walla Walla Toyota. But please get rid of those god-awful, uncomfortable couches in the waiting area! Seriously!
