Unfortunately there was an issue with the O ring on the oil filter that was installed and we lost 3 quarts of oil in the home driveway and around town. Luckily I saw it on Saturday and was able to bring it in before a planned road trip. The service shop was closed, but your magnificent staff helped find an off duty mechanic to address the issue. I feel bad that I didn’t get their names, as they were wonderful. Story had a happy ending, but hoping a lesson learned on how this was missed by the original technician is also in the mix. Big picture, we appreciate team Walla Walla Toyota!
