After service for a recall, the recall message was not deleted. Every time I start the car, I have to erase the ‘service needed’ message. I’m not going to drive 100 miles round trip and wait 1.5 hours to have this taken care of. Also, I’m disappointed my car was not washed after service. Walla Walla Honda ALWAYS washed my Honda after service.
Service attendant was pleasant but rather insistent I have additional services done, oil change, air filter change, coolant flush.
