Next time we would prefer to be asked if we need a certain job done besides oil change. We were under the impression it was just an oil change but we also got an engine filter.

Not happy with the answer on the wanity
I was not kept informed of delays in the diagnostic of my vehicle's 12 Volt system. I arrived at 0830 and finally received my vehicle and test results at @3 pm. I appreciate I was not charged and was glad I had no other appointments that day. Employees were friendly.
