Service was recommended that I had completed last year. Had I not paid attention, I could have authorized $400 worth of work that was not needed yet. Service team manager was very good with handling the situation and advised they would use this as a training opportunity for newer technician who missed reading the history. I had a coupon but the discounted rate did not show up on the payment link so I was not able to pay using the link before picking up the vehicle.

Austin was incredible. In addition to his conversations with me, I listened to him interacting with other customers by phone and in person. Every interaction was fabulous! He was upbeat, thorough, pleasant in every way. The information he provided was complete and easy to understand. He could teach classes on excellent customer service!!!
