Austin was great and I appreciate his customer care….but there was some confusion at one point with one of your other associates interaction with me when a comment was made to me that I felt was very disrespectful….for that reason it kind of ruined my experience with the service today…
They were able to get me in the same day and I was able to enjoy one of their nice lattes while I waited. They treat the customers very well .
