$200.00 to “diagnose” a bolt in the tire! This took about two hours. Austin stated they were not able to repair it due to wear on the tire, but he did give me a quote for new tires. I took the vehicle to Les Schwab and they repaired the tire at no cost. I understand I’ll need get new tires, but price I paid and two hour wait, they should have repaired the tire.
I was treated very politely and the service was completed within the estimated time.

The prices are questionable like the $74.41 for a 2.00 license plate light bulb change
Justin was terrific. I brought my car in at 10 to have $800.00 of accessories put on. I needed the car back by 2 to go to the doctor. I asked if I should reschedule. Justin went and talked to the shop people and they got it done for me before noon. On happy customer!

Had questions and they were answered throughly. Very friendly attendant.
To be ownest, it seemed to take a long time to get an oil change and tire rotation that I booked online for a specific time. I was told about an hour and it took 2 full hours to get it finished. The last time it was closer to 3 hrs. I appreciate the good service from the people in the office area but I got no info about it taking longer than it should.
Nestor took time to explain what was needed for the next service.
