Oscar was personable and professional. I did have an appointment and was early. It seems that 75 minutes is a little long for the service.
Asked for the inside of windshield be cleaned since there was a terrible smear. It was cleaned beautifully! Thank you for going above and beyond. Little things like that are huge for the customer.

I was not able to approve the recommended services online as usual. I think it was because the tech had put it in as future needs… just a thought. Otherwise great job. The only thing missing was the car wash.

Computer was down and an emergency came up. Rep helped me respond to the scene and pay when it came back up
I arrived on time- 10:30 and was told it would be 1.5 hrs wait. Three other people came in after me and they were finished before me. When I went to the service desk I was told it would be 20-30 minutes more and by this time it was11:45 and I believe I got my car back about 12:15-12:30. Lincoln Williams gave me a $25.00 gift certificate for my next service. No one came out to explain why the delay. Not sure I’d use the service again.
