I got there early without an appointment, but the woman that came to the door was really nice. She said someone would be there soon, and that they would get me in today. The gentleman that helped me was also very nice and professional. He looked at my tire it couldn't be fixed. He looked up what was available and he had no tires in stock. He suggested Les Schwab since I have to drive 70 miles every day. I came back afterwards, and asked if they could fit me in for an alignment. That gentleman was Al's very kind and professional. He got me in right away. The alignment was done in about an hour. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I really love the service at Toyota .
I appreciated the discount due to it taking such a long time to get my oil changed.

My car is still having issues but I was told it’s okay to bring my car in on Monday and they will check it again for me without having to pay another diagnostic fee, which is great since I’m financially struggling right now.
