I had a problem with the check in service. I was not I wasn’t shown the proposed service plan & it was not explained to me. I wasn’t shown asked to sign something I had not viewed. The total price at the bottom was explained as something that would be applied only if there was a problem with alternator. This information was not given to me by Austen, who did his best to rectify the situation once he was aware of it. He certainly did his best & thanks to him I was able to have the service I needed to solve the problem with the car battery.. thank you Austen
