Several days ago I called for an appointment. No appointments were available and I was told to bring the vehicles in and that they would work me in when I arrived at the dealership, they knew nothing of it. And they said, they were overbooked and couldn't take care of us after a 2 and a 1/2 hour drive. Apparently your forwarding calls from the dealership.In flagstaff,to you're parent corporation in henderson, nevada. Who doesn't know anything about your schedule? You need to stop doing this. It's creating problems for your service managers when we're called to breathe it, be a Clinton when they have no time to be able to take care of it. I've always had good service from Finley, Toyota in Flagstaff, and I will continue to use their services. And I will also demand to talk to someone in the dealership in flagstaff, in the future, you either need to identify yourself as not been in flagstaff, and you need to stop making promises that you can't keep.

I brought my vehicle for an alignment and Hallie hepler did a wonderful job helping us get it serviced as well as the technician, John who did the service. We are very pleased they've done a wonderful job as always.
Hallie clearly explained what would be involved in the 5K servicing, gave me an accurate time estimate, and kept me up to date on progress via texts. All done very professionally.

Well, it takes a long time to go everything & try to understand. But I will go through it a couple more times to try…. I was disappointed when I talked to the young man at the desk. I really enjoy listening to 103.7 radio station who has the perfect music!!!! All of sudden now when I turn on the car, a rectangle notification comes on screen asking to install the satellite station. I don’t what it!!!!!! The young
man at front desk said the message couldn’t be removed . There’s another message that comes on screen as I start driving. Can’t remember it now, but I have to turn off every drive while driving.
Handled everything very direct and clear, punctual, and provided an all around pleasant experience.

James is always really kind and easy to work with. He never seems to get frazzled or overwhelmed. He is knowledgeable, clear in his communications, and just generally friendly. I definitely hope to be assigned to him as my service advisor in the future!
