I did not have an appointment to service but **** was very accommodating. I waited for a while but at least I got my vehicle serviced, which was greatly appreciated since I live out of town and my work schedule limits me to come into Flagstaff . Thank you, **** and Findlay Toyota - Flagstaff.

I liked working with Des, he is by far the best person in service I have worked with at this dealership. I usually dread coming in for an oil change b/c of the poor service, but Des seemed honest and did a good job.
