I had a random issue with a dead battery after I left. Jimmy and Tyler the service manager absolutely made it right. They sent techs out to meet me and replaced my battery with no questions. This was above my expectations, Thank you!

I had a pretty catastrophic failure on my truck but due to a quick and reliable team, my truck was back up and running literally the day after I had dropped him off. They also had a convenient rental program at the dealership, so I wasn't left without a ride.
Randy is always ready to take excellent care of its customers. He listens and takes the appropriate action to ensure the customer needs are met.

I would have appreciated better communication
the wait time for an oil change or anything to be done take more then 4+ hours we already drive 4+ hours and we want to do our shopping but the dealership takes up more of our time.. please make the wait time better otherwise it’s been great
