It took a very long time time to get checked out. The car was done and parked for near half an hour before we were checked out. I was wild that it be done in an hour or so and we didn't get out for 2.5 hrs.

Mike was terrific today. Very friendly and knowledgeable about questions I had regarding a recall on my vehicle. He kept me informed of progress on my car. The service department is definitely 5star!
Oil change was completed in a timely manner and I was informed every step of the way. Staff were professional and efficient.
I came in with what I believed the issue was—the hood latch not opening and a light on the dash that I wasn’t sure what it meant but had an idea of what it might be. I was charged $90 and waited two hours, just to be told what I already knew. Not to mention, I wasn’t told a definite answer on what the light meant was wrong. I also only wanted two things looked at—the two things I came in there asking about. I was given a laundry list of fixes that I didn’t feel like I needed because I didn’t want a comprehensive appointment. The person who helped us was kind, this isn’t on him. I just feel like I was charged $90 to not have any new information about the immediate issue I’m having with my Tacoma.
I just bought a GR86 Yuzu from you on January 3.
This week I had a part installed and asked for red delivery marks on the lug nuts be removed(they were there when I took delivery). I left it an extra day for this.
When I got home, I found only about half of the marks had been removed.in the time it took to complete this, I cleaned all the lugs with house hold cleaner.
Randy was very helpful and knowledgeable. And the guy that meets you at your vehicle, and the mechanics and everyone else seemed to work as a team.
