Super thankful that James waived the fee for my service on Friday! He was very knowledgeable about my specific concerns, even stating he had a similar experience with his own vehicle. Ultimately nothing was found to be wrong, but I still found peace of mind knowing my concerns were heard and addressed.

Missed my brake pads after I told the service rep twice about them, I don’t like your automated report as I could see more information on the hard copy and my car was not cleaned. Makes me consider not using your service any longer

Why does a simple recall check on the battery have to take 2 hrs to be completed??? Seems that since Covid, customer service has really dropped.
