Great experience at this very fine Toyota Service center, I was Well taken care of by Sam and the Service Technicians. Ths is the 3rd time, with my 2020 Tundra, getting Service at your dealership, while traveling cross country on vacation. I have also had my 2018 Highlander too, during a similar trip. Your Service dept continues to do a great job! Thank you Sam for all of your help yesterday!

Set up an appointment for the following day to replace the defective tire. After waiting for 2 hours I was told that the replacement tire was also defective. Will have to come in again next week. Clearly the primal tire was defective since the car was nee and it had been slowly leaking since I got it. Without my having bought tire and wheel insurance when I bought it there is no warranty on the defective tire.
Everyone was friendly and helpful.

I’m sorry I submitted a no. Actually I purchased a new vehicle while I was there so I actually don’t know how my 2017 Camry was serviced.
Sam Kinkel and AJ Chambers were outstanding. Great customer service from these two gentlemen. Randy, the service manager was also very professional. I will continue to buy Toyotas and bring them to Findlay Toyota in Flagstaff. I teach a class called, The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People and was trained by Dr. Steven R Covey. These three men mentioned above obviously practice these habits well. Bravo!
I noted to Zachary the free car wash was poor Unfortunate that the dirt residue remained on my car on front hood & back hatch. The car wadh brushes shud be inspected & reevaluated on their performance. - Soraya P
I was quoted $79.95 for an oil change by the service scheduling person and ended up paying $115 and some change.
Plan on keeping this car another two years
Will be looking for a hybrid that came off of a two year lease

Everything was great, except no one could figure out how to remove the "Enter Pin" screen from popping up on the main display. This has nothing to do with the routine service that was provided, but is a software issue. The screen is pretty much un-usable with this issue and would like to continue to try to resolve it. Thanks!
When I have an early appointment there are many snacks available while you wait. At 3:00 there was only popcorn and one granola bar. Sad for those of us who need to come in the afternoon and wait for an hour and a half.
