I called the number for setting up a service appointment the morning of Sept. 6 and was given a 3:30 appointment time based on a cancellation. However, when I arrived the reservation did not show in the Findlay system. I showed Zack my call history on my phone in setting up the appointment. Rather than simply saying no, Zack went out of his way to make sure that my car could still be serviced that afternoon. I am so appreciative. I am in Flagstaff from out of state dealing with a family emergency. Zack was calm and friendly and took great care of my car needs on a really tough day. Such a pleasure to work with a genuinely kind person who makes things happen. Again, I am so appreciative.

Overall the service I received was very good. There was one thing I was slightly disappointed about though. When I scheduled service online I mentioned that I wanted the front right wheel cover to be looked at. When I arrive that note seemed to have been lost so I told them about it. Then when the vehicle was ready **** gave me a nice summary of the service but forgot to mention the status of the wheel cover until I reminded him. Just a minor gripe but it could serve as constructive feedback. Thank you.
How do we know the actual work was done properly? The work was all under the hood and nobody shows us what’s been done visually. It’s all just on paper n built on trust. We can’t say the job was done correctly.
If you want to do surveys about service experience then it should be done properly which allows us to see brake pads, oil filters were replaced, all oil spills were cleaned under the vehicle, etc. I do know the service person
did a good job, that I can see and acknowledge.
