$624 and 3 1/2 hours to get half a horn and not even a car wash is below your standards and very disappointing. I don’t know where I’m going to get the rest fixed by it won’t be at Findley.
Only things to note- the sticker was wrong with mileage for my next oil change- had less miles than is in the car. Not sure if I got the service I paid for.

I worked with Bryce Remer and Will Thomason. They both provided excellent customer service and made the car buying experience stress free. I was able to do everything electronically and over the phone because I live in a different state. They both kept me appraised of the process and answer all my questions in a timely manner. I appreciate their professionalism and kindness.

I was dissatisfied with the fact that my side tow mirror was broken and the manager (didn’t catch his name) was super rude to me.
