The work was done as indicated and timely.
Des was great. The service was performed as requested and communication was great. The price varied a little bit from the quote, but not by much. Quoted:$345 - 15% discount= $293.25 plus tax = $316. I think I was charged $333. Appreciate the teacher discount! From customer point of view, as close to out the door price quoted is always appreciated for planning. I think a disposal fee ended up getting added on.
All in all 95% hit the nail on the head, 5% room for improvement. Thanks

Came in for tire rotation and a concern about one tire. Knowing I would need tires soon, I was on the dealer website and found a deal on tires . When I asked **** about them even though he did not realize there were any deals, he confirmed that the tires were in stock and was happy to up grade my service to get the new tires on my car
