The young man who helped me, was amazing and very helpful and super personable. I had called, but had no appointment, and although the service took three hours, I was happy to not have to come back up from Sedona.

However, I would like to say that **** was absolutely amazing, they updated me several times throughout the process and gave me their sincere understanding that I had been waiting a long time. They were very respectful and communicative about the process, I very much appreciated their service throughout the wait.

Flagstaff Findlay Toyota “family” are friendly, gracious and knowledgeable; all of them, especially Clayton Stephenson, our Service Advisor.
