It was a real pleasure to work with Zach. He took great care of the 1987 Land Cruiser, replacing the starter and the struts of the back door. I’ll look forward to working with him in the future.

Overall yes. Mike said my tires were
Cupping. He was not clear on wear they were cupping or if it was all the tires. I could not see any cupping. He recommended tire balance and Alignment. Last time i was in for service nothing was mentioned. Tires are not going to cupcup in 5000 miles. No pulling when i am driving or balance problems. I think he was trying to up sell me on service that was not needed. Nothing was mentioned in the service report.
He was quick friendly and polite.

Hallie is very good at her job and keeps you up to date when are issues I will be scheduling for the service needed and also we found I had some things done already that don’t need to be done. Thanks Hallie

Was expecting to be there for 5 hours when asked prior to arriving and Zachary it would be less time and it was . 2 hours and Zachery was informative through it all and gave great customer service.
