He listened to me carefully. Gave good eye contact. Heard my story, did not interrupt me and reassured me he could identify a problem and have a solution.He heard my concern about my budget and topped off my oil at no charge.
The temporary solution is doable. I plan to return when I'm financially ready for another car payment. No pushing..accepted my plan
