Much was out of your control due to the scheduling hiccups because of the software outage. But I drove from Page for a previously scheduled servicing I received a robotext that I didn’t read in route. So hot down there to learn my appt was canceled. Frustrating. Then Trevor? Tyler? (Service mgr) said he would call me when they were up & running & he didnt. So when I reached him I told him I couldn’t get in when I was in Flag for another appt and he over-rid the schedule and fitted me in. I specifically asked for James Hernandez. I like working with him and approaching. Have complimented him in survey. Got to new appt and was scheduled with someone else. Staff was able to switch me to James so that was good. Hopefully you get back to normal ops soon.

Most of the time, Findlay Toyota is great, however this service experience was not. The work done to the vehicle was good, but the customer service side left something to be desired. Since the service was going to take a considerable part of the day I took your shuttle back to my office. Once I was notified of the service being complete I asked for a pick up from my office… I received no communication after that request.
We came in explicitly for a recall, and then the parts weren’t there. Spent 3 hrs in the waiting room for an oil change. Still have not corrected the door guard 3 years later. There’s always some excuse.
