I appreciated James efforts to explain the services performed. He and the technician reviewed a previously recommended item and determined that it was not required at this time. I have worked with James before as well. He does a good job.
My. Wife n I have had Hallie 2 times as our service rep. N we r very pleased with her professionalism n great personality.
Everything was smooth from check in to departure. I would recommend to the service writers that when a customer makes an appointment in advance requesting a new part, have it ordered and there to instal when the appointment happens. Don’t wait to figure out it’s out of stock on the day of the appointment.
The tech need to be more careful when cleaning the vehicle, I had an ice chest in the bed of the truck when I dropped off. The tech or someone threw the ice chest in the back seat not bothering to check if it was full, the backside of driver seat was soaked from the melted ice, looked like they just threw in in there carelessly. Wasn't happy with them but not suprised.
The cost for an oil change was outrageous.
Porter was prompt and acknowledged me. Waited for advisor. Seem like he had no idea what my appointment was for that I set up online for. Got text for payment. Cashier told me to Go to advisor. Took the documents to cashier presented my coupon. Cashier turned me back to advisor. Advisor reprinted all documents with discount. Finally paid. Looked at my vehicle which did not looked washed. It seems to me your making customers run around.
Hallie was a bomb. She did a great job.

This was my first time taking my 2002 Seqouia in and all my questions were answered and everything that needed to be done was in a timely manor. I am looking forward to bring my vehicle in for other repairs and help in the future. Thanks again

I was happy with the scheduled maintenance that was done by the service department. As far as for **** Spigner, I made contact with him at the time I arrived and no updates from him through out the time I was there waiting. I had to fine him to see how far along the service was or any problems at all. He finally made contact with me again until the end.
Glad Findlay service is back to 100%! We won't take our 3 Toyotas anywhere else! ****, Zach, and Service Mgr Tyler are the best.
I love that I was able to text with my service member who helped us. She got back to right away on the questions I had. I really liked that.
As always the Service team did an excellent job
There was a comment "unable to rotate tires ... due to wheel lock key and not being able to find it in the vehicle." The key was in the glove box. Someone could have asked me about it.
