Satisfied with the service
My oil cap missing,my engine could have been ruin, the dealership covers their mistake by saying service wasn’t done here,,when I know as a customer all my oil change was done at dealership!!
Shop has been very busy and this was my 2nd time coming in without an appointment. My first was with Zack and he wasn’t helpful, eventually just left. I left shonto at 5 am, hoping to squeeze in between appointments and Michael got me in, for which I’m thankful. Customer service isn’t what it use to be, as a Native American, not treated as other customers. I was watching the service advisors explaining and spending more time with nonnatives. I felt out of place, vehicle wasn’t vacuumed and washed. I felt like a ****, what was serviced wasn’t explained and I had to ask. I questioned, was the vehicle serviced?

Hallie was great, the issue was caused by rodents and she suggested I check with my insurance company and they covered the damage. Hallie helped me get the documents needed, kept me informed of the status and provided excellent service. Thanks Hallie ????

None of my questions were answered. I had one specific question and I don’t even think it was looked into. I did not receive any paperwork on what was looked at with my car.

Hallie was great!!! She met me at my car and got me settled in quickly. She also communicated with me when my car was finished as well as walked with me to the cashier. I’m happy she was my service advisor.
