For once when I left my truck in charge of the dealership my HVAC settings were not meddled with. Thank you. Every time in the past when I would come for a car wash, and employee would change the settings.

Service on my vehicle was not completed how it was mentioned it would be. I had taken my vehicle in two separate times and each time I waited 7 hours to be told that the service couldn't be completed on the day it was brought in.

We are extremely satisfied with the communication that Hallie provided throughout the time our vehicle was in for service. Every day that she was at work, she provided an update on our parts for the vehicle. She also went out of her way to check on our warranty for additional services like the 5-day vehicle loaner (wasn’t very long but it did help). She also helped us find that our warranty covered another service that was needed while our car was there. Grateful for Hallie!

Sent my wife in explicitly for an oil change ($119 plus a 10% off discount as she’s a nurse). You sold a $359 “Toyota Care Package” scam. The invoice doesn’t even note what this includes. Extremely disappointed with your “service”. I’m about to purchase a 2026 Tacoma, and it definitely won’t be through Findlay anymore.
To Findlay Toyota in Flagstaff:
I paid $190 an hour (not including my time off of work) to get my tundra fixed. In my truck is still not fixed. Period. Full stop.
