I have already submitted some constructive criticism with two specific instances as to why I was disappointed. I would also like to extend some positive feedback that once again the entire team that encountered at Finley was upbeat, attentive, good listeners, friendly, courteous, and once my vehicle finally did get worked on, service was pretty quick.
Even one of the sales staff came over and was very friendly, as was the cashier, and I appreciated Randy taking the time to talk with me about options for my vehicle. Halle as always was very polite and friendly as well.

Messed with the fog lights on my truck to make me pay $170 for the repair.
James was terrific. He was prompt, professional and answered my questions. He gave me updates as service was being performed on my vehicle. He let me know when the car was ready. Your service center has improved. It’s now a well oiled machine. Congratulations!
James was great. He was kind, communicative, and easy to work with. The concerns with my vehicle are all addressed and fixed now. But I felt I had to push WAY TOO HARD to get my concerns addressed. I brought the vehicle in for some vibration on the highway. An alignment was performed and I was assured a test drive was conducted and that the vibration had stopped. It hadn’t. But a tire pressure sensor light was now illuminated. So I brought the car back, asking (again) for them to check the brakes and rotors. I was told it would be a 2 hour appointment. After 4 hours, I received a call informing me that I was, in fact, correct - that the rotors needed to be replaced. However, there was some miscommunication and Findlay didn’t have the parts in stock. They were, thankfully, very quick with the repair as soon as the parts came in the next morning. The vibrating is gone. On another note, the key fob was giving Isaac (the salesman) trouble when I was test driving the car. He replaced the battery, but there were still issues. When I brought the car to the shop the second time (for the rotors) they assured me they replaced the battery again and that “Mazda keys are just like that”. But on the drive home, it gave me warning messages again. I called Vlad who got me in touch with the key guy. He instantly noticed the key fob was damaged (cracked and missing a couple pieces, including the physical key inside the fob!). Thankfully, he was willing to come to my residence to get me set up with a new key. So, in conclusion, all is fixed now, but I had to push WAY TOO HARD for my concerns to be addressed. It doesn’t feel good when the experts give excuses and make me feel like they don’t believe me.

The service was not at my request and I thought that just starting it once a day while I used a Findlay loaner was unlikely to indicate anything, which turned out to be the case.
I like the text messages in updates wiry the service being done! Very nice!
