The alignment wasn't fixed, I was told after the work was done that it was possibly my stut was bent. I hit the curb 3 1/2 years ago, but Chandlwr Lexus had already fixed the alignment issue then, so I don't fully understand the problem.

Hallie understood our situation after we were stranded on I-40 with a punctured radiator. She has been extremely helpful all the way through the repair of our car - providing timely email updates to let us know how the work was going. We live in Virginia so its not likely that we would visit Findlay Toyota again - but you never know. We have been very satisfied with our Findlay experience.

Everything went well and I was updated throughout my service. The service was quick and on time. The only complaint was my coolant wasn’t refilled and I’ll have to come in next time to get it filled.

I would have appreciated some more info about making sure the gas cap was turned to one click . But then letting me know if it could take 100 miles or so for the check engine light to go off after adjusting the gas cap. This info would have contributed to our decision of what needed to be done when our check engine light came on at 2,500 miles on a 2024 4Runner

Mr. Hernandez does an excellent job of explaining the importance of maintaining your vehicle. Good customer service. I can say the same for the guy that greeted me when I first drove into the Bay Area. Also the clerk where you make payments. Thank you to the service personnel also. Happy holidays!! Everyone was kind caring compassionate. From Hallie, Randy the service manager, and Randy the courtesy van driver that took me home and brought me back. They all went the same cottage mile for me.
