My experience is that Findlay Toyota is a very well managed place of business. I have been there multiple times and every single time I get treated professionally courteously and kindly by all staff that I encounter. I had my own business and I know that this kind of excellent service comes from the top down Thank you all for your individual efforts and thank you management for your really good work.
I have no issues with Hallie who did an excellent job! My issue is with 3 + hours I sat there for an oil change and tire rotation after having a reservation. It is not like I had no appointment!
She understands my concern, and after all she is friendly and respectful person over all and nice.. She did her job.. Great customer service.
I asked for no carwash but my car was put through the automatic car wash. I always use touch less car washes. My car now has swirls on the paint job.
Ms Lopez went above and beyond to keep me informed today.

I have worked with many service advisers at Flagstaff Toyota now, Celia is professional, empathetic and knowledgeable. Previously I have felt like I was treated unkindly/unfairly by others in this department, so when I arrived for my service appt I was pleased to see that I was switched service advisors without my doing. It’s always a pleasure to work with Celia and I appreciate her demeanor and kindness.
Zack is the best, got my truck in and out in less than an hour. Zack answers all my questions and I trust my vehicle always with Zack Butler.
