Second opinion from qualified local mechanic tells me nothing is wrong with my 4 Runner in relation to the reason I came in to Toyota service in Flagstaff about the noise. I have concerns about Toyota Findlay service department in Flagstaffand am very concerned about being charged for a faulty diagnosis. I may review this matter further and I may open a file on this matter.
As a regular customer of FindlayToyota who has purchased at least four new Toyotas from flagstaff Findlay, I am concerned that I may decide to never use Toyota Findlay Service in Flagstaff again . Also a month or so ago I called ahead and was told I could come in for an oil change. As soon as i got there Zack” told me you were too busy after I drove all the way across town on a busy work day of mine. I called ahead and was told I could come in for an oil change. Zack said the folks that told me to come in work at Toyota in Kingman. Well if that’s the case something is wrong. Guy E
The service representative was good and exceeded the expectations. The service price is ridiculous. I have been charged $180 for about 5 minutes of diagnosis. That $180 would not roll into the price of repair had i chosen to do the repair. Finally the quoted price for the repair is literally more than 3 times what I ended up paying at the local tire shop.

Supposedly they repaired the AWD malfunction but it still doing the same thing
I waited for over an hour maybe even more to 2+ hours of time without any notifications or updates. However Mr James stated 1 1/2. The link for check in was giving error 404. Walked up to Mr James’s desk for an update and to show the error 404 message. I saw my car was parked and ready but no notification when I walked to Mr James’s desk. Then Mr James sent the notification to me after the fact. He Called for a tech to bring my car around but I was done waiting and needed to go. I told Mr James can I just go take my car because no tech came. Mr James then walked me out so I could leave sooner but I wish I was notified earlier when my car was ready. I also heard other clients disappointed that Mr James didn’t notify us that our cars were ready. Also Mr James was going to charge me an invoice when I had Toyota care attached to my account. He stated, “oh you’re right here it is.” I did not feel confident in him or his actions with me and the other clients vehicles. So this is why I was dissatisfied with Mr James Pellicciotti.
Randy was excellent to deal with and we were able to work through matters. Randy is one of the sales managers that I ultimately spoke with.
Celia was very kind and prompt. She provided me with the information needed and once the vehicle was complete, I had it within minutes.
Hallie was extremely pleasant to work with.

When I dropped the truck off, I asked the service service adviser not to wash the truck.It'd been more hand washed.Everything was wiped down and cleaned.So when I come back to pick the truck up.The truck had been washed in out the parking lot sitting in water drooping all off of it.I was very dissatisfied
