Very good service just very expensive
Today’s visit for service was outstanding, I was here over a month ago and worked with Michael and he too, was extremely helpful and i appreciated his efforts along with Celia today. Thank you, all of you are very polite, helpful, and I appreciate both of you and the service crew!

I had asked the service advisor upon check-in that I was concerned with one of the tires on my vehicle. I mentioned that the tire may have a small leak and for it to be checked. I was assured it would be taken care of. After check out, paying over $200, and leaving, I noticed the same tire still had low air pressure was still the same! I called the service dept to get confirmation that the tire was checked. Though the receipt indicated the service was done, I had no proof that the technicians in fact actually checked my tires. I had to drive back to the service department to have a staff member put air in my tires so that the tire air pressure was reading the same as the other three tires. Talk about a huge inconvenience especially for the amount of money I paid. I can only hope the technicians did not get lazy and falsely indicated they completed a customer’s request. To this day, my tire is still not fixed and I have to go elsewhere to have it further looked at. I feel I didn’t get my moneys worth.
The staff was friendly and the service was timely.
My service advisor was fine. She was good. Got me in and out and tried to sell me nothing. But the dealership keeps calling me asking if I want to sell. I do not want to sell. I request the dealership quit calling me. Again, this had nothing to do with the service advisor or any of the people doing the oil change yesterday.
Recommendations to improve my falling gas mileage were given for me to implement on my own, before proceeding with more expensive diagnostic testing. I appreciated that very much, and I think it is working.

I trust Findlay Flagstaff with my vehicle needs which is why I drive 3 hours for service. It might seem absurd but I do not trust Gallup or Farmington (bad experience). Thank you Findlay!

Jimmy helped us to make a decision on what to do for our car. I feel that we made the correct choice with Jimmie's help. He let us know what happened during the service and when it was done.
I told him I didn’t want any suggestions or extra upgrades or recommendations and instead of pushing me to get something extra he said he understood. Sometimes your associates are pushy and make me feel like it’s a decision that has to be made quickly or else the car will fall apart so I just appreciate him taking no for an answer and moving on politely.
For future appointments please assign JP to me. He was very helpful.
