Michael and the entire team under the supervision of Randy Waites including Dylan and Rachel provided exceptional customer service. They took the time to explain in understandable detail everything concerning my visit on Thursday 4/10/25. Their demeanor was sincere, helpful and professional. In many ways the attention given to me and my wife was exemplary. Kudos to management for hiring individuals like this. The one thing that particularly sets them apart from others is the one on one face to face explanations given to the customer. Thanks!

We had a brake problem from the beginning with our brand new vehicle that couldn't be found or fixed. After multiple attempts at fixing the issue, our new advisor, Jimmy, actually listened and had the master mechanic do a thorough inspection and fixed the issue. Finally.
**** was very nice n got us in even though it took a long while. But made appt with Honda Finley instead of Toyota Finley were I bought it. But he was sweet to get us in since we live in Cottonwood.

Wrong part was ordered. Now I have to travel another 125 miles and back, to get the problem fixed! Lot of wear and tear on my vehicle!!
