Robert’s service team always treats me well. Today, they corrected a mistake they made while doing my oil change two weeks ago. I received several apologies and no excuses. I appreciate that. Thank you again!
I was told I could’ve bought those filters or one that would be just as good and had it done by a friend of mine for almost nothing well for nothing except the cost of the filters that may be what I do next time. I’ve spent $1300 on that car this month and you tell me I need to spend another 300. It’s pretty hard to swallow. You’ve always been very nice but I’ve got to watch my money.
Awesome group...well organized. Thank you.
They went above and beyond. Thanks
Larry was very helpful & always kept me up to date on what was going on with my 4Runner. Very awesome guy.
Your service department employees are outstanding.
Everyone was great that I dealt with today. Plus they got me in and out quickly which I really liked.
Larry is always friendly and I really appreciate his attention to detail. Great service, as always!
My only wish is that Toyota would've replaced the plastic piece on the passenger side as well if it's a known issue. I won't be happy if the same thing happens to it after the warranty runs.
Stereo amplifier faulty.Fortunately I had purchased an extended warranty that covered the part. It is on order, but note that two other amplifier failures were addressed this week at this dealership. This is likely a recall issue. Good service at Roberts Toyota.
Things went well. Great service this time!
Hello Ms. Roberts or your service manager, I appreciate the opportunity to share about my experience. I called October 8th I think, and left a message on the female service manager’s voicemail to express my concerns about my service visit Oct 2nd, but I did not receive a return call. I had to bring my 2015 Camry back a couple of weeks later for the same noise that I paid almost $1800 to get corrected but it wasn’t fixed. I sat for 3 hours while they diagnosed and I told the advisor when I drove up, that I heard the noise when I drove over the bump coming into the parking lot and suggested they drive it over the bump. Evidently they didn’t take my suggestion. After 3 hours, I suggested riding with the mechanic to tell him when the noise occurred. I then received the estimate for about $1100. I told the advisor I was not paying $1100 after just paying $1800 two weeks before, basically paying double for labor that should have been detected when I was there previously. I left and came back about 2 minutes later to ask did they do my free inspection. I was told by a man that sits near the receptionist that my inspection was done at the beginning while they were diagnosing. However, a couple of days later I realized there was not any fluids in a few reservoirs which proves the inspection was not done. He just lied to me and instead of checking everything he just lied to me. The hours I spent there significantly impacted my day and made me late for other important events. As I live about 40 minutes away, I was not about to waste more time and gas driving back up there so I called to inform the manager and did not even get a return call. I have considered contacting Toyota corporate as this is the second time I have been disappointed with my service with ROBERTS TOYOTA. I hope to receive a timely response from this complaint as communication has not been satisfactory. This is my second bad experience and do not feel like a valued customer at all. I hope I receive a response from this feedback. Benita C
Communication my friends. Vehicle ready to go, parked outside, no one let my wife know it was ready. Said tech went to lunch, that has nothing to do with it. Kenny
I am very happy with the service I received. A pleasant experience.
I was not told there would be such an exorbitant charge for such a minor question that I had. You, Robert's Toyota, did me quite the disservice and I am NOT PLEASED.
First time a mechanic actually spent time doing what the customer wanted. Great job.
