This refers to the 20,000 mile service before the one today. Today was fine. Last service, I had requested the front driver's side tire be checked as I had been experiencing a slow leak with it for 2 weeks. I was assured by the rep that it would be. When I picked the car up, I asked again & was told they checked it & found nothing. The tires were rotated & the car gauge displayed the driver's tire as low the next day. Within a day, that tire read as having 12 pounds of air & fortunately, I made it to a Goodyear store that found a 3 inch rusted nail imbedded in it. Needless to say, I felt that the guy at Roberts had “dropped the ball” & lied to me, not comprehending the danger that he was placing me in as I travel 67 miles a day to & from work. 23 of those miles are interstate. At 68 years old, there is no way this old chick can change a tire or feel safe waiting however long it takes for help to arrive. My experiences at Roberts has always been positive but that one small mistake of possibly forgetting to note the need to the mechanic & then telling me that it had been done is a lesson to be considered by all. It could have ended far worse but thankfully did not.

Larry and the team provided great and prompt service for my RAV4 ! Will be back Lord willing !
