I appreciate the services provided. Check was easy , though my appointment was removed for that day of service we had no problems getting the service we had set for. Management team member Brandon I believe was the name, definitely went above and beyond to achieve our satisfaction with a key issue. Don’t want to speak too soon but the works are in the schedule with him for the key recovery. Thanks Toyota of Columbia.

The warranty repair on my truck was made worse. No it has a terrible noise at 40 miles an hour and up. Befor the noise did not start until I was going 50 miles per hour. It is a terrable whistling noise coming from mirror on drivers side.

Larry was the best! Thank you for making me feel like I belonged even though I purchased my Toyota in Huntsville. I much prefer the small dealerships as to the mega dealerships. My service advisor Chris Scott from Bill Penney’s since the day I bought my car left and it just isn’t worth my while to drive the distance to Huntsville Alabama.

The service techs were incredibly great. Unfortunately after they provided a fix when I went to pick my truck up it had the same error lights on it and I was unable to bring it home. So it will sit in the shop until Monday to be evaluated again. I appreciate all their efforts to try and get it fixed on Saturday though!
