Brought my vehicle in for a break-in oil change, which I paid for out of pocket because I did not want to use one of my complimentary oil changes. I specifically requested that the tires not be rotated, as I didn’t want to use one of my free tire rotations at just 2,000 miles. However, the service paperwork indicates that the tires were rotated. I want to ensure that I am not charged for that service. Additionally, when I got back into the vehicle, the tire pressure warning light was on. The tires were not inflated to the correct PSI, which should have been caught during the multi-point inspection. I’d like to understand how this was missed.

Service was great. My truck was well taken care of. It was a seamless process. I dropped my truck off while I went out of town and it was complete when I got back. I even added an alignment last minute and the got it taken care of for me.

Horrible communication. I called so many times asking for an update and never got calls back. Took 2 1/2 weeks to finish. Cost was almost triple the estimate you gave me. Will not be coming back.

Chris was really great. Thank him for me. I was a little complicated with my request, and he said if I had questions, he was there to answer them. What a great response! The girl who gave me an appraisal was fabulous also. She answered my different questions. I saw her two or three more times as I waited for brake flush, oil change, etc and she was so cheerful each time. I can tell she loves her job and likes giving out checks, if you’re ready to sell. Thanks again. Keep hiring people who care.
