2 and a half hour wait for a tire rotation and I get that they have to drive the truck into the shop but they didn't have to adjust every aspect of my seat. Aside from that great service

10/10, he was super kind and helpful, I had dozed off briefly in the lounge area (it’s been a week lol) and he was super gentle about waking me up to let me know that my car was ready to go, and showed me where it was parked. As a woman, it can be intimidating being at a dealership and having any kind of vehicular maintenance done, but I felt 100% at ease the entire time, even though it was just a routine oil change. He was wonderful ????

I’m learning about how things are carried out in TN. - I guess I should have asked what the insulation fee would be for the dash cams, but since it was a brand new item that could be answered by what your hourly rates would be with a guess at time required. - I did not look at my billing closely (with respect to my address). I’m learning that if I give my change of address to one area of Robert’s Toyota, that info is not connected to the separate billing systems. - I will be in this morning due to a problem with my LTA not functioning properly on the way home and requesting I come. - All in all, I am very pleased with my interface with Robert’s Toyota.

I’ve taken car in & this is 3rd time to fix extreme screech of brakes Tech says they can’t reproduce screech or find anything wrong. Happens when backing out of drive downhill. Wakes neighbors up. Sounds very loud like old dump truck with failing brakes. Jan Raburn

Don't appreciate service recommendations that are not needed. Felt like they were trying to take advantage of me for the second time. Larry Fee didn't understand Svc contract and tried to add additional services. May NOT be back! This is the second time having trouble.
